WHEN IS AMAZON PRIME DAY 2025?
Amazon Prime Day 2025 will be running for a full week – officially kicking off Tuesday, July 8 at 12.01am AEST through to Monday, July 14 until 11.59pm AEST.
WHAT IS AMAZON PRIME DAY AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
According to Amazon, Prime Day is “an annual deal event exclusively for Prime members, delivering two days of special savings on tons of items”.
During Amazon Prime Day – which despite the name, often runs over multiple days – Amazon Prime members can access exclusive discounts and deals on everything from electronics to homewares and appliances to groceries. Both local and international deals are available on the Amazon Australia website.
It’s also important to note that for those who want to take advantage of the deals on offer need to be Amazon Prime members. Luckily, there’s a 30-day free trial new members can sign up for.
WHAT IS AMAZON PRIME?
The Amazon Prime Day sales are well worth participating in, but to do so, you’ll need an Amazon Prime membership.
It’ll set you back $9.99 per month, but you get a 30-day free trial to start you off.
Prime Day deals aren’t the only perk on the table for Prime members – you also get free two-day domestic delivery, free standard international delivery on eligible orders over $49, and access to Amazon Music, Prime Reading and Twitch Prime. Plus, outside of Prime Day, you’ll get exclusive access to special shopping deals and events, as well as early access to Prime eligible lightning deals.
