How do I manage my newsletters?

To sign up for or to stop receiving a newsletter, follow these steps:

1. Once signed in to the website, click on the down arrow next to your name and select My Account.

2. Go to Newsletters, located under My Details on the left-hand panel.

3. Click on Manage my Preferences.

4. Select the newsletters you wish to receive / deselect ones you don’t want to receive.

Why aren’t I receiving newsletters?

If you aren’t receiving newsletters that you should be, follow these steps:

1. Once signed in to the website, click on the down arrow next to your name and select My Account.

2. Go to Newsletters, located under My Details on the left-hand panel.

3. Click on Manage my Preferences.

4. From here you can view all newsletters and check if you are subscribed to the correct ones.

5. If the newsletters are already ticked, check your email spam/junk folder to see if they have been filtered there.
