‘Turned on’: Carrie Bickmore’s wild foot post

Just when we’ve all gotten used to the idea that Lily Allen is now selling foot photos online, Carrie Bickmore has posted something wild.

Just when we’ve all gotten used to the idea that pop singer Lily Allen is now selling foot photos online, Carrie Bickmore has thrown a spanner in the works.

Allen, 39, recently started posting photos of her feet on OnlyFans, and fans can subscribe for less than $25. Not to be outdone, Bickmore just posted a photo of her earth grippers on Instagram.

“Try not to get too turned on,” she joked.

Bickmore, who recently completed a gruelling half-marathon in China, shared that her running had not been kind to her feet, as she shed two toenails after the ordeal.

“Between losing 2 toenails post china marathon … and how enormous my big toes are. I really should start an OnlyFans account,” she joked.

Bickmore’s crack was a hit with her fellow Australian celebrities. Her co-host, comedian Tommy Little immediately joked she’d given away the “money shot.”

Bickmore’s foot photo even prompted a tootsie confession from none other than Australia’s Sophie Monk.

“I lost my big toenail once. I really underestimated how much you need them,” she wrote.

Otherwise, her fans were quick to commiserate with the radio host.

“Why are our poor feet punished for trying to exercise?” One asked.

“The side effects of distance running,” another remarked.

“It happens to the best of us,” another promised.

Bickmore’s poor trotters are the result of some incredible hard work from the radio host. The half marathon she completed involved running along a section of The Great Wall of China.

Before she ran it, she had already expressed on the Hit Network’s Carrie and Tommy show that she was nervous she wouldn’t finish the 21km race.

Of course, Bickmore did finish the race and described it on her radio show as one of the most “incredible things” she’s done in her life.

She was competing in the marathon to raise money for a cause close to her heart: Carrie’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer charity.

The presenter, who lost her first husband Greg Lange to brain cancer in 2010, ran the Great Wall in honour of Donna Nottage, who died aged 28 in March from the same illness. She left behind a husband, Sean, who joined Carrie on the run, as well as two young sons.

She said news of Nottage’s death had been “devastating,” as she had worked closely with Carrie’s Beanies 4 Brain Cancer since being diagnosed seven years ago.

“I want to stop those families that get torn apart by brain cancer, it’s been a mission of mine for a long time,” Bickmore said.
