Newly single Australian actress Toni Collette has been spotted living her single life in Italy, and doing it in style.

Aussie actor Toni Collette has been spotted frolicking at the beach in an orange bikini and looking fabulous.

Collette, 50, is currently spending some time in Italy, and photos of her looking incredible are making the rounds online.

Collette deserves a joyous beach moment after her husband, Dave Galafassi was spotted kissing a mystery woman at a beach in Sydney last year.

Immediately people jumped to the conclusion that he’d cheated on the acclaimed actor, but the couple quickly released a joint statement to stamp out those salacious rumours.

In true celebrity fashion, they took to Instagram to announce that they had separated but remained committed to being a family for their two children: Sage and Arlo.

The couple clarified that after a “substantial separation”, they’d chosen to end their relationship, making it clear there was no crossover between Colette and the mystery woman.

“It is with grace and gratitude that we announce we are divorcing. We’re united in our decision and part with continuing respect and care for each other,” they wrote.

“Our kids are of paramount importance to us, and we will continue to thrive as a family, albeit a different shape. We’re thankful for the space and love you grant us as we evolve and move through this transition peacefully. Big thanks.”

Collette has always remained tight-lipped about her personal life and has chosen not to comment on her divorce beyond the formal statement but she has previously shed light on how she fell in love with Galafassi in the first place.

In 2018 she told The Sydney Morning Heraldthat she met him at a Sydney house party, and he was the first person she saw when she entered the party.

“He kissed me on the cheek, and I just kind of melted. I planned to stay for 10 minutes … I was there for 12 hours. It was a good day.”

She also opened up to Stellar about the reality of marriage in 2018.

“When people get married, they’re very idealistic, but it’s hard to know how people are going to grow and change, and if you don’t make an effort to do that together, you don’t know what’ll happen.”
