Foxtel have announced a stellar line-up for Celebity Gogglebox Australia – and it promises to be bigger and better than last year’s premiere season.

The one-off special airing on the platform on October 25 sees a host of local favourites turn couch commentators on the program, which aims to raise awareness for ReachOut Australia, a mental health organisation supporting young people during tough times.

From radio personalities to comedians, this year’s line-up will bring laughs and opinions to households around the country while allowing viewers a peek inside the star’s living rooms.

Leading the pack on the Foxtel show are radio stars and best friends Carrie Bickmore and Fifi Box, who are already regular fixtures in each other’s homes.

“I already spend time on Fifi’s couch watching TV and chatting, so this really is the perfect gig for us!” Bickmore said in a statement.

Box is equally excited to sit on the couch and critique the hottest new shows.

“I am thrilled to be joining the cast of Celebrity Gogglebox Australia,” she said. “How could I pass up the opportunity to hang out on the couch with my mate?”

The pair will be joined by comedians Anne Edmonds and Lloyd Langford, The Great Australian Bake Off judge Darren Purchese and host Natalie Tran, and The Real Housewives of Sydney stars Krissy Marsh and Nicole O’Neil.

The cast is rounded off by returning armchair critics from Season 1: Dave “Hughesy” Hughes with his wife Holly Ife and The Irwins – Terri, Bindi and Robert.

“We are passionate Wildlife Warriors and conservationists but at the day’s end, we love our family time watching TV together,” Robert explained last year of why they joined the show.

“Can’t wait for everyone to get a little look into what a night at the Irwin household looks like!”

Last year’s Australian of the Year, Olympian Dylan Alcott, also returns with his mate, MasterChef Australia judge Andy Allen, and Australian Idol star Anthony Callea is also back on the couch with his husband, former Home and Away star Tim Campbell.

I’m A Celebrity … Get Me Outta Here! host Julia Morris returns with comedian Nazeem Hussain, but this year they’ll scoot over on the couch to make room for fellow comedian Urzila Carlson.

Celebrity Gogglebox Australia streams on Foxtel on Wednesday, October 25 at 7.30pm, with an encore set to air on Channel 10 on Thursday at 7.30pm.
