Carrie Bickmore’s ex Chris Walker hangs out with her former Project co-host Waleed Aly

Carrie Bickmore’s ex-partner Chris Walker spent his Sunday hanging out with her former colleague, Waleed Aly.

Carrie Bickmore’s ex-partner, Chris Walker, spent part of his weekend with her former colleague, Waleed Aly.

TV personality Bickmore co-hosted The Project alongside Aly for eight years before she departed the program in December, after a total of 13 years in the hosting seat.

It was on the show that she and Aly met Walker, who has been a long-term executive producer for Network 10.

Despite Bickmore’s departure and her recent split from Walker, it appears the men have remained firm friends.

On Sunday, they were seen together at an AFL game in Melbourne between the Richmond Tigers and Gold Coast Suns, with Walker sharing a photo of them on the stands during the match.

“Second best Tigers date after Evie,” he captioned the photo, referring to his eight-year-old daughter with Bickmore.

The couple also share daughter Adelaide, 4, and Bickmore has a teenage son, Ollie, from her first marriage to late husband, Greg Lange.

This isn’t the first time Walker has been seen hanging out with Bickmore’s former colleagues. In January, amid his split from Bickmore, he had some beers with The Project panellist Peter Helliar, who also left the show last year.

The pair enjoyed a pint together at a pub with radio host Anthony Lehmann, cricketer Adam Gilchrist, and ABC presenter Leigh Sales, who shared a photo of their outing.

“Enjoying being an honorary bloke for the arvo with these top lads,” she captioned the picture, which featured Helliar with his arm around Walker.

Walker’s most recent outing comes just four months after Bickmore announced her split from the TV exec after 11 years together.

“It’s with immense sadness that Chris and I have decided to separate,” she wrote in an Instagram post at the time. “While this is a tough time, our focus is on parenting, loving and supporting our three children Ollie, Evie and Addie with everything that we’ve got.”

“They are doing great. We won’t be making any further comment.”
