Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce have finally made their “red carpet debut” as a couple, and where they chose to do it has utterly delighted fans.

In a moment fans say the “world has been waiting for”, Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce finally made their red carpet debut after two years of dating.

The American power couple have repeatedly shunned posing together at big Hollywood events – including this year’s Grammys – with Kelce instead opting to support his pop star girlfriend from the sidelines.

And now, the high-profile pair have stepped out in Nashville for the opening night ceremony of Tight End University, a summer training camp which Kelce founded with fellow NFL stars George Kittle and Greg Olsen.

The official Instagram account for Tight End University shared a short video of Swift and Kelce, both 35, smiling as they walked hand-in-hand on the red carpet, while other videos surfacing on social media show the duo posing in front of a photo wall.

Swift, who has maintained a low profile since wrapping her billion-dollar Eras Tour in December last year, wore a green and white gingham skirt set, while Kelce opted for a casual white shirt and beige shorts.

Another video from inside the event has also exploded on X, showing Swift and Kelce engaging in PDA as they dance to the singer’s mega hit Love Story.

Funnily enough, they were captured in the exact same scenario at the after-party following Kelce’s Kansas City Chiefs Super Bowl win in February 2024.

Fans flooded social media gushing over the pair’s “casual” red carpet debut.

“The red carpet moment that the world has waited on for two years happened at TEU? I kind of love this. Met Gala? Grammys? Hell no we’re doing TEU!,” one wrote.

“This as their first red carpet appearance is kinda perfect!” another said.

“This is so good I thought it was fake,” a third wrote.

“I love that they made their red carpet debut for him,” another chimed in.

“I’ve watched this 12 times in a row and it’s not enough,” a fifth added.

Swift and Kelce have been seen out and about a fair bit lately after several months off the radar.

More recently, they were spotted sitting in a suite during Game 4 of the Stanley Cup Final earlier this month, and were also filmed getting cosy at an intimate wedding in Knoxville, Tennessee.

Fans went into a spin after a photo of the couple’s invitation to the wedding emerged online, which addressed them as ‘Taylor and Travis Kelce’, leading many to believe they had secretly wed.

However, Swift appeared to water down rumours during a visit to the Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital in Florida in mid-June.

In a video shared online, a young boy asked the Grammy winner what she was doing in the US state.

“My boyfriend is training here, so I just thought I’d come and see how you’re doing, just drop in on you,” Swift replied.
