Will Smith has raised eyebrows for his very flirty performance with Spanish singer India Martinez.
The Oscar winner, 56, hit the stage in Miami with the 39-year-old to perform their new song First Love at the Premio Lo Nuestro award show, which honours Latin music, and appeared to share a kiss mid-performance.
Will has a famously complicated relationship with wife Jada Pinkett Smith, with whom he is still married to despite their secret separation in 2016.
India shared a clip from their show on Instagram, writing the spicy lyrics to the song in her caption: “I want that first passion. I want them first hugs. I want them hard cries. I want that FIRST LOVE,” she wrote.
Smith dropped the single earlier this month ahead of the March release of his new solo album, titled Based on a True Story, his first full length album in more than two decades.
Meanwhile, the status of Will and Jada’s relationship continues to be murky, after the pair were spotted getting cosy at a dinner date in Los Angeles in November.
The estranged couple, who married in 1997, had also attended the Bad Boys: Ride or Die premiere together with their children in LA in May. It came after Jada, 53, sensationally claimed they had been quietly separated for seven years.
“We’re still figuring it out,” she told People in October 2023. “We’ve been doing some really heavy-duty work together.”
“We just got deep love for each other, and we are going to figure out what that looks like for us,” she added, explaining she and the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star had also been living separately.
The following month, the mother-of-two shared she and Will were “staying together forever” during an appearance on the Drew Barrymore Show.
Speaking to Business Insider at the same time, Jada revealed the infamous Oscars slap – in which Will assaulted comedian Chris Rock during the ceremony – strengthened their marriage.
“I was like, ‘I’m riding with you. I didn’t come into this place as your wife, but I’m leaving here as your wife because we got a storm we’re gonna have to deal with together,” she told the outlet.
“I said, ‘I’m not gonna be able to get away from this dude. I really love him.’”
