Bruce Springsteen’s dramatic tumble on stage mid-show leaves fans concerned

Legendary rocker Bruce Springsteen sparked gasps among his audience as he dramatically tumbled down stairs on the stage in Amsterdam.

Bruce Springsteen has taken a nasty fall on stage in front of thousands of fans in Amsterdam during his global tour.

Footage has emerged of the Dancing in the Dark singer, 73, losing his footing on stairs while performing at Johan Cruyff Arena over the weekend.

The incident unfolded as he and the E Street Band were launching into their hit song, Ghosts.

With his guitar around his neck, Springsteen tumbled and fell flat on his back as the crowd gasped and his bandmates rushed to help him.

The singer tripped up a stair on stage.

He was then seen lying flat on his back.

Fortunately, Springsteen didn’t appear to be injured, and rose to his feet with a smile on his face as fans applauded.

He laughed off the incident before jokingly shouting: “Goodnight, everybody!”

‘The Boss’ smiled as his band helped him up.

After having his instrument returned to him, the legendary rocker was able to continue with the show.

Springsteen and the E Street Band are in the midst of their 2023 worldwide tour, which kicked off in Tampa in America in February before launching the European leg in April.

The band will return to the United States in August before finally wrapping up the massive tour in December.

The tour comes after an unexpected appearance by Springsteen generated plenty of headlines last year.

In a selfie posted to Twitter, the Born In The USA singer wore a woollen jumper and thick glasses as he stood alongside a female fan, looking nothing like his usual self, and – as many pointed out – a lot like director Woody Allen.

The photo was reportedly taken in August in Brussels, Belgium, where ‘The Boss’ was visiting his Olympian daughter, Jessica Springsteen, who was participating in a showjumping competition.
