Taylor Swift mobbed by fans at Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff’s wedding weekend

Taylor Swift was swarmed by hundreds of fans as she and other stars attended the wedding of celebrity couple Margaret Qualley and Jack Antonoff.

Taylor Swift can’t seem to go anywhere without attracting a crowd.

The singer attended the wedding festivities of actress Margaret Qualley and her frequent music collaborator Jack Antonoff over the weekend in Long Beach Island, New Jersey – and fans appeared to be more enamoured with the singer than with the bride, who is the daughter of Hollywood star Andie MacDowell.

The celebration kicked off on Friday night with a rehearsal dinner at a local restaurant Black Whale Bar & Fish House, where the Blank Space singer caused a frenzy.

Wearing a black crop top with matching skirt, Swift had all eyes on her as hundreds of fans surrounded the eatery to catch a glimpse of the star.

The police were eventually called to help calm the crowd, who flooded the roads outside the restaurant and gathered on the sidewalks.

Swift’s many fans surrounded the restaurant where the singer was with the her famous friends.

In one video shared on Twitter, fans could be heard chanting, “Taylor, Taylor.”

And the chanting only got louder when she emerged from the restaurant and got into her waiting SUV, before politely waving to the crowd.

Other celebrities including Channing Tatum, Zoë Kravitz, Cara Delevingne and Lana Del Rey were also spotted at the rehearsal dinner.

Swift and her celebrity friends frocked up again the very next day for the wedding ceremony. This time, the singer opted for a baby blue lace dress, which perfectly complimented the nautically themed, waterfront venue: Parker’s Garage & Oyster Saloon.

Again, fans flocked to the venue hoping to see the superstar in person.

The mob of Swifties have since drawn criticism on Twitter for disrespecting Antonoff and Qualley’s wedding weekend and invading their privacy.

Qualley and Antonoff were first linked in August 2021 and made their couple debut at the AFI Awards Luncheon the following March.

Days later, they attended the Critics’ Choice Awards, where the actress’ show The Leftovers was up for Best Limited Series.

She shared a few photos from the ceremony on Instagram with the caption, “Date night.”

Qualley and Antonoff – who collaborated with Swift on multiple albums, including her 2022 release, Midnights – were engaged in May 2022.
