FOO Fighters frontman Dave Grohl has injured his leg mid-concert in Sweden after jumping off stage.

The 46-year-old rocker was singing “Under Pressure” — the second song of the set — when he went to jump on a ramp before falling into the security run.

“I think I just broke my leg,” he told the audience as he lay on the ground.

“I’m going to go to hospital. I’m going to fix my leg. And then I’m going to come back.

“You have my promise right now that the Foo Fighters — we’re going to come back and finish the show.”

It’s reported the rest of the band remained on stage playing cover songs while Grohl sought medical attention.

And Grohl kept his word. He returned to the stage and continued the concert — sitting in a chair with his leg bandaged.

After the show, Grohl shared a pic of his X-Ray from the band’s Twitter account with the caption: “Thank you Gothenburg. That was amazing.”
