THE team behind mega stage spectacle Meera the production lived up to their promise this week at their first full dress rehearsal for the upcoming extravaganza.

The show, which stars creative director Aarti Bajaj as Meera and Dr Amit Sutaria as Krishna, plays Home of the Arts for one night only on November 4.

Meera will feature the same 2D and 3D mapping used for the projections that lit up Metricon Stadium during the Commonwealth Games Opening Ceremony.

The projections use technology to help set scenes that usually require elaborate sets and props.

“It is amazing,” Ms Bajaj said. “I’m very thrilled to share to the world what I have been creating for so long.”
