HOLLYWOOD power couple Amber Heard and Elon Musk have fast become regulars on the Gold Coast dining and entertainment circuit – and it’s providing plenty of ammunition for “friends” on social media.

In the past week, the two have been spotted zip-lining at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary, dining at Moo Moos, looking at real estate windows in Broadbeach and grabbing a sushi snack at Coolangatta.

Heard and Musk have been active on social media since arriving on the Coast, posting pictures of their escapades almost daily.

Musk, the billionaire founder and CEO of SpaceX and co-founder and CEO of Tesla Inc, is known for posting intellectual, architectural or motoring pictures.

But lately the 45-year-old has been in loved-up couple snaps and even posted a selfie in a Tom Ford suit, beside a messy bed.

It prompted one follower to write: “But seriously, when was the last time you did a selfie like this!! That’s right NEVER, just don’t go dumb soft on us now, we’ve got a mission coming up”.

Another wrote: “Congrats. It is your first selfie on Instagram”.

The new relationship has showed a softer side of Heard too, who has chatted and posed for photos with fans across the Coast.

O Sushi Coolangatta posted a photo of Heard with a staff member yesterday, after the actress and her beau popped in on Tuesday.

Staff said she was happy and friendly, but declined to comment further, due to company policy.

On Monday, Heard and Musk were spotted at the Broadbeach Shingle Inn cafe having brunch.

Shingle Inn team member Dakota Williams said she recognised Heard immediately.

“(Heard’s) gorgeous,” she said.

“They were really bubbly. I kind of left them to it, they had a nice little date together.”

Heard is best remembered on the Coast for her biosecurity faux pa, when she brought her Yorkshire terriers, Pistol and Boo, to Australia without declaring them.

The pampered pooches stayed at Mick Doohan’s Gold Coast mansion with Heard and her then-husband, Johnny Depp.

Yesterday, Heard posted a photo of herself with one of her dogs on Instagram, with the caption, “Missing my baby”.

But Barnaby Joyce and biosecurity can rest easy – the star did not bring Pistol and Boo back to Queensland.

Her sister, Whitney Heard, promptly replied to the post with, “Let’s make it perfectly clear! This is an old pic, Australia! The dogs are here in the States with us!”

Last year Heard copped a $1000 good behaviour bond for falsifying quarantine documents.

Heard is expected to be on the Coast for at least another two weeks, while she films her new movie ‘Aquaman’.
