GOLD Coast woman Tara Pavlovic has been unveiled as the first contestant on the upcoming season of The Bachelor, featuring former contestant Matthew Johnson, aka Matty J.
Channel 10 released the following information about the mystery blonde tonight:
“Queensland Bachelorette Tara is animated, outgoing and wears her heart on her sleeve.
“The 27-year-old nanny is attracted to people with great personalities and is looking for a patient and relaxed man who loves food as much as she does.
“Hoping to make a lasting impression on Matty J, Tara’s nerves get the better of her when a slip of the tongue leaves her red-faced.
“Will Matty J see the funny side to Tara, or has she been sent straight into the friend-zone?”
A 27-year-old nanny, Tara says she is good with kids and that “Kids get attracted to me, probably because I am a kid, but also because they can tell that I truly enjoy being around them.”
There is no set air date for The Bachelor just yet, but with filming complete it’s estimated the season will commence when MasterChef wraps up.
Promos of bachelor Matty J have also been airing, showing the fit 27-year-old at the beach with a voiceover:
“I think it’s hard to meet an amazing person. And last year I was able to meet someone who was pretty special. I really did love Georgia.
“Over time wounds do heal. And the prospect of falling in love again is more exciting than anything else.
“I really do believe that lightning can strike twice. And I’m glad I’ve now got this second chance. The only reason that I’m here is I want to fall in love.”
