Just weeks after her divorce with Tom Brady was announced, Gisele Bündchen reportedly has a new man in her life.

Gisele Bündchen may have a new man in her life after her divorce from Tom Brady, stepping out with jiu-jitsu instructor Joaquim Valente on Saturday.
The duo grabbed a bite to eat at Koji in Provincia de Puntarenas with the 42-year-old model’s two children — Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9, — and Valente’s pal.
Bündchen showed her stomach in a cropped top and flowing black pants on the dinner date.
Valente, for his part, was all smiles in a grey shirt and shorts. Brazilian gossip site Purepeople reported Wednesday that the pair are dating.
While it is unclear when the pair’s possible romance began, Bündchen and Valente did a shoot for Dust magazine with his brothers, Pedro Valente and Giu Valente, in 2021.
In February of the following year, the businesswoman tried her hand at jiu-jitsu, calling Joaquim, Pedro and Gui “awesome teachers” via Instagram.
“I believe the more tools we have in our toolbox the better,” Bündchen told her followers in February. “I feel stronger, more confidence and empowered since I started practising self-defence. I feel it’s an important skill for all, but specially for us women.
“Thank you @ValenteBrothers for … making training so much fun,” she continued while sharing footage of her fighting skills at the Valente Brothers facility in Miami, Fla. “I am looking forward to keep improving. Let’s go!”
Brady reacted to the video via Twitter at the time, writing, “My days of leaving dishes in the sink are numbered.”
Page Six broke the news in September that the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback and Bündchen’s marriage was on the rocks after an “epic fight”.
The former couple waited weeks to break their silence on their split, announcing in separate Instagram Stories last month that they had already finalised their “painful” and “difficult” divorce.
“We arrived at this decision amicably and with gratitude for the time spent together,” the NFL player, 45, wrote in his social media upload. “We will continue to work together as parents.”
Brady’s camp reacts to the date
Those close to Brady are now questioning why Bündchen’s trip to Costa Rica with their kids includes Valente, according to TMZ.
A source connected to Bündchen told the outlet that she is not dating Valente, and that his brother accompanied them on the trip to Costa Rica — where she vacationed with Brady in the offseason.
However, a Brady source told TMZ that the quarterback’s camp is not buying it, and questioned “why this Miami guy is in Costa Rica with her.”
The source added, “It always seemed weird she just one day abruptly ended the marriage.”
Who is Joaquim Valente?
So who is the mystery man who appears to be romancing the former Victoria’s Secret Angel? Here is everything you need to know about Valente.
Joaquim and his brothers, Pedro Valente and Gui Valente, began learning jiu-jitsu “from their father before they could walk” and now teach at the Valente Brothers facility.
“At the tender age of 2, Pedro, Gui and Joaquim were already taking private lessons from Grandmaster Hélio Gracie,” reads the company’s website. “Growing up, the Valente brothers trained daily at the Gracie Academy in Rio de Janeiro.”
Pedro began teaching classes in Miami, Fla., in 1993, launching the family’s full-time academy five years later.
Joaquim was “still living in Brazil” at the time, “work[ing] with Grandmaster Hélio directly and provide[ing] Pedro and Gui with valuable information” until he followed them to the United States in 2007.
According to Joaquim’s LinkedIn page, he began attending Barry University in 2007, graduating four years later with a bachelor’s degree in criminology.
While Joaquim’s current age is unclear, he celebrates his birthday on November 6 and attended K-12 schooling in Rio de Janeiro from 1990 to 2007.
Joaquim moved to Florida from Brazil to study at Barry University, and he has lived in the state ever since.
The athlete teaches at the Valente Brothers’ headquarters in Miami Beach alongside his family members. (The company’s affiliate locations in Pembroke Pines and Coral Gables are independently owned and operated.)
Joaquim’s Instagram may be private, but his Twitter account reveals many messages lovingly dedicated to his family members.
“Today the greatest man was born,” Joaquim wrote of his dad in November 2018. “My best friend, mentor and father. Thank you for always being by my side. So many great memories.”
In February of the following year, he penned a touching tribute to his eldest brother, Pedro.
“Your dedication, commitment, and self-discipline is admirable,” Joaquim gushed. “Thank you for being such a great example to me since the day I was born.”
