SOME of Australia’s most loved and award-winning acts are headed to the Gold Coast for The Drop Festival 2020.
Coolangatta’s Queen Elizabeth Park will be coming alive for the third year with acts Boy & Bear, Ball Park Music, Allday, DZ Death Rays, Kita Alexander and Graace performing on at the festival.
Famed electronic duo and five times ARIA award-winning The Presets will be headlining the show.
The event was founded in 2018 by surf star Wayne ‘Rabbit’ Bartholomew and has grown from three events in 2018, five in 2019 with it expanding to six locations next year.

“The Drop Festival will now live under the parent brand The Drop Live, and with a complete rebrand we are preparing to launch our global website and app early in 2020.”
Since the festival debuted in 2018, it has bought some of the biggest acts to the Gold Coast from Angus and Julia Stone, Client Liaison, Hockey Dad, SAFIA, Dune Rats, San Cisco and more.
The acts will also be touring at other The Drop Festival locations at Noosa, Newcastle, Manly, Torquay and Busselton.
The Drop Festival is held at Coolangatta on Sunday March 28.
Tickets are on sale on Wednesday December 4.
