Diane Kruger shows off abs just four months after giving birth

“Am I showing off? F**k yeah.” Actress Diane Kruger, 42, flaunted the results of a gruelling post-birth workout routine on Instagram.

Diane Kruger is proud of her post-baby body.

Taking to Instagram on Saturday, the actress, 42, who welcomed a baby girl with boyfriend Norman Reedus last November, shared a photo of herself rocking a bikini top four months after giving birth.

“Am I showing off? F**k yeah. ’Cause it’s been hard work to get my abs back. I didn’t think it was possible after having a baby. And certainly not at my age,” Kruger captioned the shot.

“I want to thank @hannahbower2 for sharing her journey and helping me get motivated. I don’t have a trainer, but I’ve been committed to get my body back. For myself first …. but also for my 👻,” she continued.

Kruger wrapped up her empowering post by stating, “the female body is AMAZING,” and answered questions about her workout gear with the hashtag, #andyesIminabikiniworkingoutcauseitshothereandwhynot.

The German actress has been candid about parenthood, even pleading with fans and the paparazzi to honour her request for her daughter’s privacy.

“Dear fans, dear non fans, dear paparazzi and anyone with a conscience. We were just tagged in these paparazzi pictures of me and our daughter. These pictures were taken without our consent and expose a vulnerable and innocent baby,” Kruger penned on social media back in January.

“While we understand that some people would like to see a picture of our daughter, we as parents, want nothing more than allow her to grow up in privacy and safety,” she added.

This is Kruger’s first child with Reedus. The Walking Dead actor shares son Mingus, 19, with ex Helena Christensen.
