Nicole Kidman gave a classic black dress a modern-day twist as she attended a screening for her upcoming spy thriller series, Special Ops: Lioness.
The Aussie actress looked as chic as ever in a halterneck chiffon gown by Saint Laurent, featuring a racy cut-out panel that exposed her midriff and showed off her toned abs.
The designer gown also had a floral applique at the halter that flowed into a dainty train, and the 56-year-old accessorised her look with sheer elbow-length gloves.
The show’s streamer Paramount+ and Vanity Fair hosted the glitzy event at the Tate Britain art museum in London, where Kidman was seen posing with co-star Zoe Saldaña.
In the spy thriller inspired by a real US military program, young Marine Cruz Manuelos (played by Laysla De Oliveira) is recruited by the CIA to befriend and surveil the daughter of a billionaire with ties to terrorist groups.

Saldaña plays Joe, the station chief of the tasked with training female undercover operatives like Cruz. Kidman – who is a nexecutive producer on the series – plays Kaitlyn Meade, the CIA’s senior supervisor who knows how to play the game.
This isn’t the first time Kidman rocked an ab-baring dress to an industry event.
In 2021, Kidman arrived at the Country Music Awards rocking another edgy cut-out Saint Laurent black dress.
The floor-length, one-shoulder gown was a hit and complimented her husband Keith Urban’s rock ’n’ roll look.
The coming year is set to be a massive one for Kidman. She has nine projects in the pipeline, with two films dropping this year.
She returns to the DC universe again in Aquaman and the Lost Kingdom, the sequel to 2018’s Aquaman, on which she played Atlanna, the mother of Aquaman.
Kidman will also star in the Netflix rom-com A Family Affair alongside Zac Efron and Joey King.
