The Desperate Housewives actress stunned onlookers as she arrived at the Inside Out premiere in a floor-length silver gown from Gabriela Cadena’s fall 2015 collection.

The glittered frock featured sheer panels running down either side of her body, and it was clear the 40-year-old stunner had ditched her underwear for the star-studded event.
