SHE turned 70 last October, but Hollywood veteran Susan Sarandon is showing no signs of slowing down.
She’s got two movies set for release this year — and she can still strut a red carpet with the best of them, as her jaw-dropping appearance at the Cannes Film Festival this week proves.
The Thelma and Louise star has always been fond of a cleavage-baring outfit, and the dark green velvet gown she wore to the Festival’s opening gala may be one of her most stunning looks to date.
Never a wallflower, the flame-haired screen siren served legs as well, with a daring thigh-high split in her frock.
Sarandon’s famous assets have earned their fair share of media attention in recent times, ever since she donned a similarly low-cut outfit to the 2016 SAG Awards.
That appearance made worldwide headlines — and a backlash from some quarters including professional prude Piers Morgan, who declared it “inappropriate” for Sarandon to show so much flesh.
She responded in typically unapologetic style, tweeting him a picture of herself in a bra.
Sarandon and real-life friend Salma Hayek poked fun at that ‘controversy’ in a cheeky Instagram post last year that saw them admiring each other’s assets.
