Disturbing findings of Liam’s autopsy report

Liam Payne’s toxicology test results showed that the former One Direction singer had a cocktail of drugs in his system at the time of his tragic death, according to a new report.

A partial autopsy found that Payne had substances including cocaine, crack and benzodiazepine, which is a type of depressant, in his body when he fell to his death from a hotel balcony in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on October 16, sources told ABC News Monday.

The test also found “pink cocaine,” a recreational drug that typically mixes methamphetamine, ketamine, MDMA and others, per the outlet.

Additionally, an improvised aluminium pipe used to ingest the drugs was found in Payne’s hotel room, the sources said.

The pop star’s body will remain in Argentina until the full autopsy is complete.

Payne tragically died last week after falling from the third-story balcony of his room at CasaSur Palermo Hotel. He was 31.

Local authorities previously told TMZ they believed Payne had been high on “cristal,” a substance that “causes users to experience extreme highs and extreme lows, often making them aggressive.”

A preliminary autopsy report showed that the former boy bander suffered multiple traumas when he fell that led to internal and external bleeding.

Emergency doctor Alberto Crescenti, meanwhile, shared that Payne suffered a cranial fracture and “extremely serious injuries that led to his immediate death.”

He was unable to be revived by first responders.

Following his death, Page Six confirmed alcohol and controlled substances had been found in his room, which was completely trashed.

Multiple eyewitnesses have said Payne exhibited “disturbing” behaviour in the hotel’s lobby just moments before his untimely death — and even smashed his laptop at one point.

Payne, who admitted to struggling with addiction and mental health issues during his time in One Direction, had been travelling in Argentina with his girlfriend, Kate Cassidy, just days before he checked into the hotel solo.

Cassidy, 25, mourned her boyfriend’s loss with a touching statement to her Instagram last Friday.

“Liam, my angel. You are everything. I want you to know I loved you unconditionally and completely. I will continue to love you for the rest of my life. I love you Liam,” she wrote.

Payne’s former bandmates — Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Louis Tomlinson and Zayn Malik — also paid tribute to him in a rare joint message.

“The memories we shared with him will be treasured forever,” the What Makes You Beautiful singers said in a statement to Page Six last Thursday. “For now, our thoughts are with his family, his friends and the fans who loved him alongside us. We will miss him terribly. We love you, Liam.”

One Direction formed on The X Factor in 2010 and split six years later.
