Dave Franco and Alison Brie are engaged

JAMES Franco’s little brother, Dave, has popped the question to his girlfriend of three years, Alison Brie.

DAVE Franco is engaged.

The 30-year-old Now You See Me star popped the question to Alison Brie, his girlfriend of three years.

32-year-old Brie is also an actor and has starred in TV shows such as Mad Men and Community.

The bride-to-be showed off her stunning ring last night in Hollywood as she walked the red carpet for new movie, Sleeping With Other People, starring Jason Sudekis.

Dave’s older brother, James Franco, congratulated the happy couple on Instagram, sharing a photo of the duo with the caption, “Congrats Davy and Allison!!! Engaged!!! I WUUUUUV YOU”.

Nice rock Alison.

Franco and Brie are notoriously private and rarely make public appearances together.

Fun fact: When Dave Franco appeared at GQ’s 2014 Men Of The Year awards in Sydney he opened up to news.com.au about the most romantic thing he’s ever done for a woman:

“In high school for this girl’s birthday I gave all of her teachers roses ahead of time which is hindsight was very embarrassing and creepy considering we’d only been together for a month. I got the teachers to give them to her in front of the class.”
