Fears continue to grow for Justin Bieber after he stepped out in New York looking dishevelled over the weekend amid rumours of marital problems.

The pop star appeared worn down and tired as he arrived at Bar Pitti restaurant for lunch on Saturday. Bieber sported a beige jacket with super-baggy pants that hung well below his waist, with the wide-leg bottoms covering his shoes.

“What’s going on with Justin Bieber??” one fan tweeted on X. “Why is this man walking around New York City with his pants sagging almost half way down his legs? Can Justin not afford a belt? This is very concerning to see.”

Other fans were just as concerned for the 30-year-old, also expressing their fears on the platform.

“Justin Bieber definitely is not looking like himself. Didn’t realise this was him until seeing the tattoo near his ear,” another tweeted, while on commented: “We should all pray for justin bieber to help lift his spirits.

“I hope Justin Bieber is OK,” wrote another, with one user posting: “He’s not doing too well. The threat of those Diddy tapes being released got him in a bad way.”

Bieber appears to have a lot on his mind in recent months following the arrest in September of his good friend and mentor Sean “Diddy” Combs.

The singer’s friendship with the rap mogul – who is awaiting trial for sex trafficking – has come under scrutiny as old videos resurfaced of the disgraced rapper making TV appearances with a then-teenage Bieber.

In one clip, Combs stands next to Bieber and says to the camera: “He’s having 48 hours with Diddy, where we hanging out and what we’re doing we can’t really disclose. But it’s definitely a 15-year-old’s dream … for the next 48 hours he’s with me and we’re gonna go full crazy.”

One industry insider, who worked with Bieber’s team for years, then told Page Six in October: “Do I believe he was involved in some stupid sh*t? Yeah. He was a teenager. He was the biggest pop star in the world. Everyone was worried about him, and we didn’t know if he would survive it. People took advantage of everything he did.”

Bieber also seems to be experiencing marriage problems after he appeared to unfollow his wife Hailey on Instagram earlier this month.

However, the Sorry singer has since claimed it wasn’t him who unfollowed the mother of his 5-month-old son Jack, but rather he was hacked.

“Someone went on my account and unfollowed my wife,” he wrote in a note shared on Instagram Story, adding: “Sh*t is getting suss out here.”

But a source told The Sun that some of Hailey’s friends “have advised her to leave him”.

“His behaviour is sometimes unacceptable. She’s put up with a lot,” a source said.
