Home And Away star Ada Nicodemou has recalled the mortifying moment she sent a racy photo to the wrong group chat.

Appearing on 2DAY FM’s Hughesy, Ed & Erin yesterday, the actress said she accidentally sent the sexy image, taken during a magazine photo shoot, to her son’s soccer team parents group chat instead of her manager for approval.

“You’ve got to see the photo to understand how embarrassing this is,” the 46-year-old actress explained on air.

“So I did a cover for Stellar a while ago and I was sending the cover to my manager, Claire, to see if she liked it. And it’s quite racy. Like, boobs are out. You know, midriff – like the whole thing going.”

After receiving no response from her manager, Nicodemou checked her phone and realised her mistake.

“I sent it out and I was wondering why she hadn’t responded,” she recalled. “Anyway, the next morning I go to my phone and I’m like, ‘Oh, my God.’ I sent it to the group chat. But not only did I send it [to mums], I’m talking mums, dads, my ex-husband... and no one responded at all.”

Nicodemou said she then sent a follow-up message to apologise for her gaffe, telling the group she was sorry and the photo was meant for her manager. Still no response, she said.

“Everyone thinks you did it on purpose,” host Erin Molan speculated, to which Nicodemou replied: “Everyone already hated me. But the mums, like the mums hate me.”

Her Home And Away co-star, Emily Symons, who was also a guest on the program long with veteran star Lynne McGranger, said that no response is a good thing.

“Well, imagine if all the dads started putting flames,” she joked.

Nicodemou later shared the image she was referring to on Instagram, which featured on the front of Stellar magazine back in December 2019.

“Totally died when I accidentally sent this photo to around 30 adults on my sons soccer group chat a while ago, so embarrassing!” she captioned the pic, before asking her followers: “Does anybody else have an embarrassing story like this??”

The actress shares her 10-year-old son, Johnas, with her ex-husband, Chrys Xipolitas. They were married for nine years before splitting in 2015.

She has since moved on with millionaire entrepreneur Adam Rigby, whom she started dating in 2016.
