Bikini-clad Salma Hayek, 56, works out in a pool in new Instagram video

The stunning actress wore a tiny bikini to take her 25 million Instagram followers through her favourite pool workout.

Salma Hayek is reminding her 25 million Instagram followers why they followed her in the first place.

The Frida star, 56, posted a sultry workout video today to thank her loyal fans for their constant “love & support”.

“I can’t believe it, 25 million followers! Thank you soo soo much to every single one of you,” she captioned the bikini-clad clip.

Hayek says she “hates exercising.”

“Seeing as you all like my bikini pictures the most, here’s a bikini work out [sic] for you all,” Hayek continued. “I hate exercising - but I love to celebrate good moments dancing in the water.”

At the beginning of the video — which was set to Radio by Lana Del Rey — the House of Gucci star dived into an indoor swimming pool.

Hayek wore a tiny triangle bikini top as she splashed around before doing some water aerobics.

The next clips showed the Oscar nominee doing crunches on the steps before transitioning into side leg kicks. She concluded the workout with her favourite form of cardio: dancing.

Hayek says she loves “dancing in the water.”

56 and still thirst-trapping, as one cheeky follower pointed out.

Per usual, Hayek’s fans were stunned by the star’s seemingly ageless appearance.

“She is ageing like fine wine!” one follower wrote, while another added, “Met her in the late 1990s. She barely ages!”

“Salma out here with the thirst traps at 56 is wild lol,” commented a third.

The sultry video even caught the eye of Drake, who wrote, “Let’s get her to 50M asap.”

Just a few days earlier, Hayek sent her fans into a frenzy after posting a photo wearing the same colourful patchwork two-piece in honour of National Bikini Day.

In the snap, Hayek gave the camera her best smoulder as she posed thigh-deep in the pool.

Hayek, who often bares it all online, accessorised the fun swimsuit with a pair of gold, three-tiered earrings and her wedding ring.

“Embracing the healing power of the sauna.”

The actress, who has been married to French businessman François-Henri Pinault since 2009, also posted a series of sexy sauna photos the week prior.

“Embracing the healing power of the sauna and sweating out the stress this #WorldWellbeingWeek,” she captioned the post, in which she could be seen using nothing but two small, white towels to cover up her private parts while lying on a wooden bench.

Despite constantly being praised for her youthful looks, the actress is also very open about her changing appearance, proudly posting photos of her sprouting greys and ageing lines.
