Actor Amber Heard and Tesla boss worth $14 billion Elon Musk eat out at Gold Coast Shingle Inn cafe

AFTER a quiet first week on the Gold Coast, actor Amber Heard and billionaire boyfriend Elon Musk have been out on the Gold Coast.

Actor Amber Heard and billionaire boyfriend Elon Musk have begun enjoying the Gold Coast.

From ziplining at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary with Musk’s children, to celebrating Heard’s birthday in style, to having a bite to eat in Broadbeach, the pair appear to be making the most of their stay.

On Saturday Heard celebrated her 31st birthday with a locally made cake by Cakesalouisa, based in Bonogin.

She posted a picture to Instagram of the superhero Mera-themed birthday cake, thanking her castmates for the delicious creation.

Cakesalouisa owner Louisa Massignani said she had a couple of days notice to make the cake and that it was vanilla bean with raspberry.

“I’ve made cakes for a few celebrities,” she told the Bulletin.

“They all want something different, they expect something creative. It was exciting to get it done.”

Back at Broadbeach the loved-up pair spent Heard’s birthday dinner at Moo Moo Bar and Grill.

Both Musk and Heard posted photos of their time together on social media.

Yesterday they were spotted at the Shingle Inn enjoying each other’s company.

Team member Dakota Williams said she recognised her immediately when they came in just before midday.

“(Heard’s) gorgeous,” she said, adding they were both friendly and appeared happy.

“They were really bubbly. I kind of left them to it, they had a nice little date together.”

Earlier in the week the pair spent time ziplining with two of Musks’s sons at Currumbin Wildlife Sanctuary.

Heard and Musk are staying at the Oracle in Broadbeach while Heard is filming Aquaman.

Musk, a Canadian-South African entrepreneur, founded SpaceX, a rocket manufacturer aiming to build spaceships capable of transporting humans to Mars.

He is worth $US13.9 billion and recently launched Neuralink, which looks to merge the human brain with artificial intelligence.
