Roxy Jacenko is back after retiring from being a housewife

We can all breathe a collective sigh of relief as new Roxy Jacenko photos have emerged revealing a brand new reality for the PR maven.

Roxy Jacenko has announced she’s retiring from being a housewife and is back with a fake tan bang.

The 44-year-old PR maven was seen visiting Sydney’s eastern suburbs venue Catalina Restaurant in Rose Bay in a crop top and baggy pants, her fake tan glistening in the sun.

She paired it with some tiny sunglasses as she exited the fancy restaurant.

It was like the good old days; all that was missing was a gaggle of employees who looked bizarrely like her.

The photos come after Jacenko revealed to The Sunday Telegraph that she was done being a stay-at-home mum to her children, Pixie, 13, and Hunter, 10.

“Housewifery is not for me. Like, let’s be real. I have shopped to the point where I can’t shop anymore,” she said.

Jacenko did point out that she’s still working and running her talent agency, The Ministry of Talent, but that isn’t enough to keep her occupied.

Ultimately, she declared that it is “easier to go to work and run six businesses” than to stay home.

Jacenko added that doing homework is not for her, especially the maths, and she’d rather “run a country” then have to tackle fractions.

The 44-year-old said that, while she doesn’t love public relations anymore, she believes she has a talent for it and believes there’s still cash to be made.

Jacenko admitted that she wants to buy a jet and cars and make more millions, and she’ll need to get to work to do it.

In September, Jacenko announced that she was heading back into the PR world after she closed her PR business, Sweaty Betty, in November 2022.

“Must have been a midlife crisis. Today I’m back, and oh, it is like the old days,” she wrote.

Ms Jacenko also confirmed to news.com.au that this wasn’t a drill.

“Thrilled to be back doing what I know and love,” she said.

During her tenure as Sydney’s PR Queen, she was often seen wandering around the affluent eastern suburbs in activewear, looking busy, and she was never far from a scandal.

She has been notably absent from Australia since 2023, when she left to live in Singapore with her partner, Oliver Curtis.

However, Jacenko’s appearance in a crop top at Catalina’s can only mean one thing: she’s back.
