Special Report: Zenith Minerals has upgraded resources at its Dulcie Far North project by 41% to 302,000oz of contained gold as part of a broader consolidation of the Dulcie project in WA.

The upgrade to an inferred resource of 8.2Mt at 1.15g/t gold follows the completion of 37 extensional and infill reverse circulation holes between February and April 2025 which targeted previously defined lodes and identified new footwall lodes.

Zenith Minerals (ASX:ZNC) notes that Dulcie Far North now comprises 10 stacked shallow-to-moderately dipping gold-bearing lodes, with scope for further expansion through targeted drilling in the footwall domains.

“This mineral resource upgrade marks a turning point for Zenith at Dulcie,” managing director Andrew Smith said.

“With the resource now exceeding 300,000 ounces, we’ve delivered a 41% increase in contained gold and confirmed the potential for a much larger system through the identification of new footwall lodes and stacked structures.

“Importantly, this growth comes as we consolidate the broader Dulcie Gold Project, having secured an additional 3km of strike immediately south of Dulcie Far North.

“We now control a highly prospective and contiguous land package on granted mining leases — providing us with the scale, geology and permitting framework to rapidly advance toward development.”

Smith added the results validated the company’s geological model and underpinned its strategy to build critical mass within the Marvel Loch-Forrestania belt.

Dulcie gold project

The consolidated Dulcie gold project comprises a contiguous group of granted mining leases 400km east of Perth and ~80km south of Southern Cross within the Southern Cross-Forrestania Greenstone Belt.

These leases span more than 6km of strike and include the Dulcie Far North mining lease and the newly secured Dulcie Subsurface Rights Area, a 3km southern extension acquired in June 2025, which collectively consolidates its control over the broader Dulcie gold corridor.

Dulcie Far North was acquired in January 2023 and consists of all mineral rights below a depth of 6m on Mining Lease M77/1292 with the vendors retaining a 2% net smelter royalty on any gold or lithium mined from below 6m while a third-party holds a 0.125% NSR on any gold extracted from the same depth range.

The recently acquired Dulcie Subsurface Rights Area grants the company exclusive rights to explore and develop mineralisation from more than 8m below surface across 3km of strike, directly along trend from DFN.

Next steps

ZNC plans to start follow-up RC drilling in Q3 2025 at Dulcie Far North to test open extensions along strike and at depth.

This will also further delineate the newly identified gold-bearing footwall lodes.

In parallel, it is preparing to drill test priority targets across the newly acquired extension ground for which the company expects to define and announce an exploration target following a review of historical drilling, which will inform the upcoming drilling campaign.

These programs will support ongoing resource growth and later planned conversion of inferred resources to the higher confidence indicated category, which will position Dulcie for potential development as a standalone or toll-treatment gold operation.

“With high-priority targets ready to drill and a clear path to an Indicated classification, we see a compelling opportunity to position Dulcie as a cornerstone of Zenith’s future gold production pipeline,” Smith added.
