A GOLD Coast commercial lighting business that worked on some of the region’s most prestigious projects has been placed into liquidation by shareholders owing more than $1 million.
Linix Group Australia Pty Ltd, which traded as OMS Lighting Australia, was placed into liquidation on Monday last week.
It followed a general meeting chaired by sole director Paul Penrose where a resolution was passed to voluntarily wind up the company.
