CONSTRUCTION of Sunland Group’s $1.3 billion mini-city has reached a critical milestone with the top levels completed on its first two towers.
The breakthrough moment at the $130 million The Lanes towers was reached less than a year after building began. It is well ahead of schedule despite the COVID-19 pandemic.

Sunland Group managing director Sahba Abedian said the fit-out of the towers would begin soon.
“Countless hours of hard work have gone into making The Lanes Residences a reality and it’s exciting to see the vision coming to life before our eyes,” he said.
“Hutchinson Builders and their team of 300 workers have done a great job to reach the roof level of the two buildings ahead of schedule and ensure that we remain on track to welcome the first residents by the middle of next year.”
