A LONG-empty block of land will be dramatically redeveloped to create a new housing estate in the Gold Coast’s north.
A development application has been filed for the seventh stage of the Serenity Cove development in Helensvale, which will feature 86 townhouses overlooking Saltwater Creek.

COAST TOWER ‘MAKES SYDNEY OPERA HOUSE LOOK BORING’
Documents filed with council this week reveal there will be 344 bedrooms spread across the two-level houses, which will be clustered in groups of between two and five buildings.
More than 3100 sqm of community open space will be provided as part of the project, including a recreation centre.
This centre will be home to a swimming pool, barbecue bench, gym and lounge.
There will be 172 resident carparks and 18 visitor spaces.
