$14B OF DEVELOPMENT PLANNED FOR COAST SUBURBS
Plans submitted to the Gold Coast City Council reveal the house would be created on an angle, with the master bedroom on its second level looking out over the ocean through the gap at the end of Alfred St.
The bedroom level will have its own balcony, along with another, larger “entertainment” balcony on its first level
The house is described as having a “bespoke” architectural design which “is both sympathetic and complementary to the ‘varied character” of Hedges Ave.

“This is the sort of development we want to see on Hedges Ave and on the Gold Coast,” he said.
“It is great to see such architecture coming in and making the place look really attractive.
“Hedges Ave continues to be a hive of activity.
The development will go before the council’s planning committee later this year.
