A BURLEIGH development outfit has revealed its latest project for blossoming Palm Beach - an exclusive oceanfront project with an entry level price approaching $2 million.
Cru Collective, which launched its Acqua project earlier this year, are set to commence pre-sales of its $40 million, nine-floor Siarn, Palm Beach North this weekend.
Cru managing director Chris Bolger said the group, whose projects include Neo at Mermaid Beach and Arcadia at Currumbin, only purchased the site in February.
“Palm Beach North, at 460 The Esplanade, is a world-class address and the product has to live up to its premium location and exceed our buyer expectations,” he said.

Siarn will feature 16 three-bedroom apartments of 230sqm, all with large balconies, ensuites and beach views.
A level one podium floor will boast an oceanfront pool, pedestrian beach access, outdoor shower, fully equipped indoor fitness centre, infra-red sauna, as well as alfresco kitchen, lounge and dining zones.
DEVELOPERS TARGET TIRED MOTELS
The building was designed by architects BDA, which lead architect Darren Greenaway said drew inspiration from the surrounding landscape of waves, sand and headland rock formations.
“The intent of Siarn was to create a luxury residential apartment building through the thoughtful consideration of the existing beachfront at Palm Beach, and the envisaged potential for urban redevelopment,” he said.
“This design approach will deliver an engaging and visually interesting residential building, which will provide considerable amenity for its residents.”
