The Abedians plan to move into Sunland’s new tower at 252 Hedges Ave when it is finished.
Mr Abedian, the man behind the iconic Q1 and Palazzo Versace, designed and built Lumiere on Marine Parade in the mid-2000s and has lived there for 15 years.
He said Labrador was an underrated gem.
“We discovered Marine Parade many years ago when I developed The Grand apartments and ended up doing a number of buildings, including Lumiere,” he said.

“Anne and I have been blessed to have this unit but now we have decided to move to Hedges Ave into our latest development, so it is inevitable we will sell this apartment.
“It is an apartment which was designed by myself and it is quite unique in regards to the finishes.”
The three-bedroom 70sq m luxury unit, which has 360-deggree views of the Broadwater and Labrador, will be auctioned on July 16.
Construction of Sunland’s 44-storey Hedges Ave tower is expected to top-out in coming weeks ahead of the first residents moving in by mid-2022.
