Aquis real estate director Greg Benneworth said the development was important for the Gold Coast Tourism sector.
“Aquis is pleased to have secured one of the last remaining beachfront development sites on the very northern end of the Gold Coast to accommodate this high rise hotel project, which on completion will be one of southeast Asia’s most luxurious hotels, and Australia’s only new six star beachfront hotel,” he said.
The development will voted on by full council next Tuesday.
