After hearing customers’ pleas for their return, Hungry Jack’s has revived the Tropical Whopper and Aussie Whopper which is now for sale in restaurants across the country.

The fast-food retailer said it has added two new limited edition sweet items – the fairy floss storm and raspberry float – to jazz up its “summer vibes” between January and February.

The fairy floss storm combines soft serve ice cream with layered swirls of fairy floss syrup and stuffed fluffy fairy floss, while the raspberry float mixes sparkling raspberry soft drink with swirls of vanilla soft serve.

Hungry Jack’s also released two new drinks – the rich velvety barista-made salted caramel iced coffee and the decadent iced salted caramel both topped with a salted caramel crunch.

The announcement led excited Aussies to take to Tik Tok to gush about the new menu additions.

Food blogger Russ Eats declared the launch as a a big “F**k you” to fast food competitor McDonalds after the US hamburger giant lost a legal battle against Hungry Jack’s last year over the sale of the “Big Jack”.

He called the new fairy floss float “unique” and rated it an 8.5/10 and said the raspberry float was “awesome” comparing it to a Kirks creaming soda soft drink.

American influencer Karissa Eats said the Tropical Whopper was nearly as big as her head.

“It had a pineapple and bacon and two patties and barbeque sauce – it was a lot of food,” she said.

The post, which drew in more than 150,000 views, generated an excited response from followers.

“Getting down to my local hungry jacks brb,” one user wrote.

“Omg going right now,” another said.
