Accounting and financial services firm Perks has acquired fellow Adelaide firm GPK Holdich.

The latter firm has been integrated into Perks, with GPK Holdich director Aaron Read appointed to the Perks’ leadership team as a director of accounting and business services.

Perks chief executive James Black said GPK Holdich’s values and customer-centric approach were a natural fit.

“GPK Holdich’s longstanding relationships with South Australian businesses and individuals reflect their commitment to the highest quality tailored service,” he said. “This acquisition is an exciting step in Perks’ growth, expanding our footprint in the South Australian market and broadening the expertise across our firm”.

Mr Read said he and his team were proud to have joined Perks.

“Perks shares our commitment to providing exceptional client service and career opportunities, building lasting personal and professional relationships,” he said. “Our clients and contacts have also offered positive feedback about the quality of Perks’ reputation and, most importantly, the calibre of the people who work there.

GPK Holdich was founded in 2008 and focuses on accounting, taxation and business advisory.
