LOGISTICS giant Toll Global has launched its $33 million facility at the mammoth $200 million LOGOS industrial hub in Arundel.
Toll’s flagship logistics hub will service customers in the Gold Coast and northern New South Wales, processing an average 11,000 parcels per day in the 10,250 sqm purpose-built facility, which it holds under a 12-year lease.
Toll Global Express president Bruce Wilson said the Gold Coast was a strategically significant
hub in the Toll network with a fast-growing population.
“We continue to invest in Queensland to improve the speed and quality of our services to our
customers,” he said.
“This purpose-built facility integrates our existing services into a modern logistics hub and will become the blueprint for how we run our operations across the network going forward.
“We’re proud of what we have been able to achieve in bringing our people and services together to support this key market.”

Toll has completed significant property investments in Queensland over recent years, including a $86 million facility in Karawatha and a $19 million property in Gracemere.
The company is also building a $19 million facility on the Sunshine Coast due to start operations in 2020.
Toll’s facility is within the vast LOGOS hub, which sits on a 22.16ha site off Captain Cook Drive, near Bunnings at Arundel.
LOGOS purchased the property, which used to be home to the Colgate-Palmolive factory, for $23.2 million in 2017.
The group is currently selling lots at the hub, with the first seven sold ranging in size from 2869sq m to 4912sq m, and reaching an average price of $500sq m.
That is close to 20 per cent higher than land sale prices of $420sq m at nearby Technology Park two years ago.
