Victoria has reported 1290 new Covid-19 cases and two deaths on Monday.
The state now had 11,649 active infections, the health department announced.
There are 323 people in hospital with the virus and 77 in intensive care. Of these, 40 require a machine to breathe.
There were 55,122 tests conducted on Sunday.
Ninety two per cent of Victoria’s population aged 12 plus are now fully vaccinated.
It comes after 1069 positive cases were announced on Sunday, down from 1193 infections reported on Saturday.
