Night BridgeClimb - Terms and Conditions
1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions. Entry into the competition constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2. Entry is only open to NSW residents. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter, and its agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter the promotion. Winners under 18 years of age must be accompanied be a responsible adult.
3. The period for entry into the promotion commences at 09.00am November 25, 2013 and closes 5.00pm on December 2, 2013.
4. To enter, go to www.newslocal.com.au and click on the competitions tab at the top of the page. Select the Night BridgeClimb competition from the list, complete the entry form at the base of the story and follow the prompts to submit your entry. Limit one entry per person only.
5. This competition will run in Hills Shire Times, Hornsby Advocate, Inner West Courier, Mosman Daily, North Shore Times, Northern District Times, Wentworth Courier, Southern Courier, Parramatta Advertiser, and Central and on their competition pages at www.newslocal.com.au
6. There are 10 prize packs to be won in total. Each prize pack contains a voucher entitling 2 adults and 2 children to experience The Bridge Climb, The Discovery Climb, The Express Climb or The Mandarin Climb on a Day or Night Climb.
7. The prizes will be issued in the form of a BridgeClimb Prize Letter. The Prize Letter is valid for 12 months from the draw date. The recipient of the Prize Letter can experience The Bridge Climb, The Discovery Climb, The Express Climb, or The Mandarin Climb on a Day or Night Climb only (i.e. not a Dawn Climb or Twilight Climb), Monday to Sunday, between 25 November 2013 to 25 November 2014 outside exclusion periods.
8. To participate in The Bridge Climb, The Discovery Climb, The Express Climb, or The Mandarin Climb, the Prize Letter recipient (“Climber”) must meet BridgeClimb’s standard health and safety conditions, available at http://www.bridgeclimb.com/theClimb/safety. Climbers will need to take into account any medical conditions they may have that may impact on their ability to climb vertical ladders and steep slopes safely.
9. Climbers must be over 10 years of age and be physically fit. All 10 to 15 year-old Climbers must be accompanied by a paying adult Climber (or may use an adult Gift Certificate or prize letter).
10. The level of exertion and exhilaration is dependent on the Climb experience chosen by the Climber. The experience is between 2¼ and 3½ hours depending on the climb chosen and potentially exposes participants to all weather conditions.
11. All Climbers will be breath tested and must register a blood alcohol content reading of less than 0.05%. Climbers who fail this test will not be permitted to Climb and entrants will not be offered an alternate prize.

13. No other expenses will be paid by BridgeClimb.
14. This is not a full list of conditions to experience The Bridge Climb, The Discovery Climb, The Express Climb, or The Mandarin Climb. It is the entrant’s responsibility to access all relevant information from BridgeClimb’s website on the page references provided above or from BridgeClimb on +61 2 8274 7777.

e. Unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
f. Electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
g. Any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
h. Any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition.

If for any reason this competition is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition (subject to approval by NSW Office of Liquor Gaming and Racing). The Promoter assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorised access to, or alteration of, entries.
