How to make pizza dough

Once you've mastered this easy dough, you're well on your way to pizza perfection.
Combine water, yeast and sugar.
Step one
Combine flour and salt, and then add oil and the yeast mixture.
Step two
Knead dough.
Step three
Brush bowl with oil, and then add bread and turn to coat it. Cover and set aside.
Step four
Dust work surface with flour. Knead dough and form into a long cylinder. Cut into thirds.
Step five
Roll dough into a disc, then add your favourite toppings and bake.
