Best Game Three deciders in Origin history
Nothing reels fans in like a series-defining Game Three. 
 Here’s a look back on some of the best deciders in State Of Origin history.
Origin's first three game series in 1982 went down to a decider before the Maroons pounced.
1982
That try scorer, "The King" Wally Lewis, farewelled Origin in style in 1991, before New South Wales won their first decider a year later.
1991 & 1992
1999
There was no game three winner in 1999. Eternal draw — enough for the Maroons to retain the trophy.
Queensland decisively won the 2001 decider after another great, Allan Langer, arrived from England for the clash.
2001
The infamous Gordon Tallis tackle featured the following year. That draw meant Queensland retained the title again.
2002
Another game three mistake haunted the Blues in 2006 as Darren Lockyer kick-started the Maroons magical run.
2006
The eighth straight series wins featured some nail biting moments, and was capped off in bizarre circumstances in 2013.
2012 & 2013
The Blues got some revenge with James Tedesco's last minute try in 2019. But a year later, Queensland showed anything can happen in the final 80 minutes of an Origin series.
2019 & 2020
