Nearby resident Rizwan Sattar and his father Abdus Sattar were inside their home on Wednesday night when they heard a woman screaming “repeatedly” from the property next door.
“I heard ‘help, call the police, I’ve been stabbed’,” Mr Sattar said.
“I got up and was about to call police but then I heard the sirens already outside.
Mr Sattar said he looked out the window to see “so many” emergency service vehicles, including six police cars and three ambulances.
His father said he was shocked after discovering what had happened in the townhouse next door.
“There was a lot of blood on the door way of the house and the ground. I saw a lot of blood,” he said.
