They’ve been dubbed the newest power couple of Sydney’s underworld, but now, just over a month after they tied the knot, Jade Heffer and Trent Jeske have been forced apart following a dramatic early morning raid.

The newlyweds were woken by Raptor Squad officers at their Merrylands rental on Thursday with a search warrant, which was conducted as part of investigations under Strike Force Wessex into Organised Criminal Networks (OCNs) involved in drug supply using “dial-a-dealer” phones across Sydney.

Heffer, 28, is the former wife of well-known underworld figure and Lone Wolf bikie Yusuf Nazlioglu — who was shot dead at the couple’s Rhodes unit block — and was arrested and taken to Granville Police Station following the raid.

Her new husband Jeske, 26, was released from jail in February after more than 20 months behind bars for being a leader of the Ready 4 War street group which distributed drugs for the Alameddine crime gang.

A shirtless and handcuffed Jeske slumped over in a chair outside the Western Sydney property as it was raided, while his wife sat in her pyjamas.

Heffer was charged with breaching her existing bail conditions, refused bail and appeared before Parramatta Local Court on Thursday afternoon, where she was granted release under strict conditions, one of which prohibits her from seeing Jeske.

The conditions include not being with or contacting her husband, not contacting members of the Alameddine family, reporting daily to police via phone, surrendering her passport, not going near any international airports or place of international departure, and not leaving her home unless in the company of her parents.

In 2022, Jeske underwent a dramatic transformation after undergoing lap band surgery to lose a massive amount of weight.

Pictures comparing Jeske before and after his surgery show while the tattoos are still there, gone is all of his stomach and chin fat.

It is unclear when the pair’s union began, but rumours first started to swirl after Heffer changed her Instagram bio to include the initials “TJ”, before she also posted a photo to Facebook of her shiny new diamond ring, with Jeske also confirming love was in the air with “JH” added to his profile.
