A second man has been charged after allegedly displaying a Nazi poster in Hyde Park on Sunday afternoon.
Officers patrolling the park spotted a 56-year-old man holding a poster featuring a swastika shortly before 3am.
Police removed the poster and moved the man on from the area.
On Monday, police charged the man with “knowingly displaying a Nazi symbol by public act without excuse.”
He has been issued a court attendance notice and is set to appear at Downing Centre Local Court on November 21.
Investigations under Operation Shelter are ongoing.
