Police have released CCTV footage in an appeal for information after a hotel in Sydney’s south was robbed of an undisclosed amount of money last year.
Officers were called to a hotel on Railway Parade in Carlton shortly before 7am on February 7, following reports of a break-and-enter.
St George Police Area Command established a crime scene and commenced an investigation into the incident.
Detectives believe the suspect gained access to the premises around 3.30am that morning.
The man was captured on CCTV wearing blue scrubs, soft booties, black gloves, and holding an umbrella.
He is believed to have fled the scene in a white BMW SUV, which was seen turning onto Winchester St in Carlton just after 3.47am.
As inquiries are ongoing under Strike Force Marist, police are releasing CCTV and are asking anyone with information, including dashcam, to contact Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
