Four men including a high-ranking Comanchero bikie are set to be fined after going on a late-night group walk along the Bay Run.

Tarek Zahed, the national Comanchero sergeant-at-arms, his brothers Abdul and Omar, and their associate Raouf Mousawel, were allegedly spotted by police walking along Henley Marine Dve at Drummoyne about 2am on Thursday.

Police allege that when they approached the group of four they became aggressive and told police they lived together, and were “just exercising”.

NSW public health orders say people should stay within 5km of home or their LGA when they are exercising, with some exceptions.

It is understood Abdul and Omar Zahed, and Mousawel, live in Yagoona – more than 20 kilometres away.

They are expected to be handed penalty infringement notices (PINs) for several alleged breaches of public health orders, including for being so far away from home and also exercising in a group more than two.

The Zaheds and Mousawel, who are all aged between 28 and 41, were directed to return home.
