A man has been arrested after allegedly throwing a woman off a balcony in western Sydney at the weekend.

A man has been arrested after allegedly throwing a woman off a balcony in western Sydney at the weekend.
Emergency services were called to Arthur St in Merrylands West shortly before 7.50pm on Sunday, following reports of a concern for welfare.
Police arrived to find a 32-year-old woman had fallen one storey after allegedly being thrown from a balcony.
After a three-day investigation, police on Wednesday arrested the 34-year-old man at a unit on McGirr Parade, Warwick Farm, before taking him to Liverpool Police Station.
He was charged with breaching an apprehended domestic violence order, intentionally choking a person with recklessness, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm.
The man was refused police bail to face Liverpool Local Court later in the day.
