He was later charged on Wednesday night with dangerous driving occasioning death, failing to stop and assist after a fatal crash and negligent driving occasioning death.

Earlier on Wednesday, an image of a vile bumper sticker on the vehicle involved in the alleged hit and run in Sydney’s southwest has come to light, 2GB radio station revealed.
The ‘I drive like a c**t’ sticker can be seen on a blue Ford Falcon allegedly driven in the incident.
A neighbour living on the street had no knowledge of the incident until police asked for her surveillance footage.
“I feel sorry for the young boy. I don’t know how fast he was going but it’s sad for both families,” she said.
“No matter how fast someone goes, if someone steps out in front of your car that’s just how it is, the boy did come back the poor thing.”
“It was a mistake, just because he has a sticker on his car like that I don’t think that would make him want to hit somebody.”
An investigation is underway into the circumstances surrounding the crash and a report will be prepared for the information of the coroner.
Hours earlier, a motorbike rider was killed in a collision in Sydney’s west.
