Magistrate Hudson said the alleged victims of Alameddine’s abuse were “the two females in his life” one of which was his seven months pregnant wife.

He read aloud from the call transcripts.

“If you get f***ed up I swear to God I’ll belt the f*** out of you,” the transcript allegedly read.

“I’m gonna f***ing pump the f*** out of you.”

He continued to read form various sections of the alleged transcript.

“Babe I didn’t mean to kick you I swear,” Magistrate Hudson read.

“Oi listen c*** I’m telling you now, if you spoke to any bloke I’m going to knock you out. I’m going to f***ing knock you out you f***ing gronk,” said another alleged part of the transcript.

Alameddine appeared in Waverley Local Court on Wednesday (May 19) via videolink as his bail hearing continued after being put over from the day prior.

“If police want him out on bail so badly, deal with this matter via police bail or future CANs (court attendance notices),” Magistrate Hudson said.

“Do not set the court up in any fashion to come to an agreement in terms of bail.

“The court needs to step back and look at with real world eyes, not the police eyes because they want something else to happen.”
